Supporting Our Children

You can make a measurable difference in the lives of those affected by motor disabilities.

Your contribution makes it possible for more children and adults to participatein our programs and for them to attend for more hours. Time spent in a Conductive Education has tangible results in motor skill development.

Funds received from the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) do not cover the cost of providing services to our clients. Donations, grant awards and fundraising activities subsidize the cost of service delivery.

We rely on individuals in our community to help support our efforts in building independence, self-reliance and social interaction to the children and adults at GaitWay.

There are many ways you can help.

GaitWay always accepts cash and other donations to support our programs. Your contributions are critical to our success in meeting the needs of children, young adults, and families affected by motor disabilities.

Share the Word: Know a family that has a child with a motor disability? Has someone in your life suffered a stroke or brain injury?  Share information about GaitWay with them.

Volunteer:  We can always use help at events and around our facility.  Can you paint, build, repair, cook, sew, stuff envelopes, like talking to people or planning fun events?  Call us!

Donate Services or Items: We have an ongoing wish list of items that we need.  See the list on the right side of this page.  Maybe you can provide one of these items or services?  Cleaning out the garage and closets? We take donations for our yard sale and will come pick up whatever you want to donate.
